The production and processing time for each order may vary depending on product availability, order details, and current workload.
The processing time starts from the moment the order is confirmed and ends when the order is packed and ready for shipment. It is always discussed and agreed individually before the order is confirmed.
In-stock items can usually be prepared within 1 day. Pre-order or made-to-order items may take from a few weeks to several months, depending on the product.
If you need your order urgently, please let us know before confirming the order. In some cases, we may be able to prioritize production or preparation.
Shipping
We ship orders worldwide using postal and courier services available in Ukraine. Since the number of international shipping providers in Ukraine is more limited than in many European countries, the available shipping method may depend on the destination country.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number and the name of the shipping provider used for your parcel.

Delivery Within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine usually takes up to 3 days from the moment of dispatch.
Orders within Ukraine can be paid in full before shipping or by cash on delivery, if available for your order.
International Delivery
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery times from the moment of dispatch:
Poland, Romania, Hungary: approximately 3–4 days
Other European countries and the United Kingdom: approximately 5–8 days
USA and Canada: approximately 8–15 days
Other countries: usually within 1–2 weeks
